Whether this is your first digital project or you are an old hand, you probably have questions about how we work.


This is always the first question people want to ask, and it is a very important one. All projects take time and skill, so a project is costed by how many days it will take us to design the specification together with you, design the site and then build it. A simple website such as the one you are on now can start at around £2,000. A large site with many pages and functions, such as a college website, can be £10,000 or more for.


A small website (like this one) will take less than a week. A big one with many, many pages will take longer. In general, you should allow about a week to get the design direction started plus one day per page to design, and up to one day per page for revisions, depending on how well-prepared the material is. However, we will work with you for as long as you need, to make sure that you are 100% happy.


We have offices in Oxford and London, and can easily come to you in either city. We are very close to the Said Business School in Oxford, which is a convenient meeting place for many of our clients. We also have a wonderful team of remote workers, which means that we can undertake a wide variety of projects meticulously and efficiently, with dedicated project managers.


First we have a chat in person or by phone or Skype to find out all about your project, goals, budget and timescales. Then we create a proposal to set out what we think we can do for you. When we have reached an agreement and arranged a deposit, we will work closely with you, showing you our workings clearly and openly as we proceed. At agreed stages we will get full feedback from you and make adjustments until you are perfectly happy and ready to move on to the next milestone. Communication and transparency are the two most important elements of any digital project, so that you, the client, feel confident and fully informed.


Yes. We can get your hosting set up, design your logo, design and build your website, write the content, source the photography. When you’re all up and running we can advise you on how to protect your new website from malware, and keep everything up to date. If anything ever breaks or goes wrong afterwards, come back and we’ll fix it.
